Who We Are

Soul Surferz LLC (“Soul Surferz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at soulsurferz.co and a portfolio of mobile applications including VibeSesh, Smush, Gleamr, Mindara, and VEX (each, an “App,” and collectively the “Apps”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our websites, our Apps, or any related service we provide (collectively, the “Services”), how we use that information, and the choices you have about it.

Some of our Apps have their own in-app privacy disclosures that go into greater detail about App-specific data handling. Where those disclosures conflict with this Policy, the App-specific disclosure governs that App.

Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on which Service you use and how you use it. Categories include:

• Account information — when you create an account, we collect identifiers such as your email address, a hashed password (where applicable), and a user ID. Some Apps use Sign in with Apple, in which case we receive only the identifier Apple chooses to share with us.
• Profile and content — any profile details, preferences, affirmations, prompts, photos, voice recordings, or other content you create or upload while using an App.
• Purchase information — subscription and in-app purchase status processed through the Apple App Store and our subscription infrastructure provider (RevenueCat). We do not receive or store your full payment card number.
• Device and usage information — app version, device type, OS version, language, crash logs, anonymous performance metrics, and aggregated product analytics events. Where required, this is collected only with your consent.
• Support communications — when you email support@soulsurferz.co or submit a support form, we keep that correspondence so we can respond.
• Information from Meta / Facebook — when we use Facebook Login or the Meta Graph API in any of our internal tools (for example, our Studio content management workflow) to authenticate our own staff accounts and manage our own Pages, we receive the data scopes you explicitly grant during the OAuth flow (typically: your name, Facebook user ID, Page list, and Page access tokens for the Pages you administer). We do not request access to your personal newsfeed, friends list, or private messages, and we do not use Facebook Login as a consumer sign-in method on any of our Apps unless that App's in-app disclosure says otherwise.

How We Use Information

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Services
• To authenticate you, secure your account, and prevent abuse or fraud
• To deliver the features you request — generating subliminals, running game sessions, producing AI smile edits, etc.
• To process subscriptions and entitlements via the App Store and RevenueCat
• To respond to your support requests and other communications
• To understand product usage in aggregate so we can improve our Apps
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your private content to train third-party advertising models.

Service Providers We Use

To run the Services, we rely on a small number of trusted service providers. They process your data only on our instructions and under contract:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage
• Apple — App Store delivery, in-app purchases, Sign in with Apple, push notifications
• RevenueCat — subscription state and entitlement management
• OpenAI, Anthropic, Google — large-language-model and AI generation requests, when an App uses an AI feature. We send only the prompt or media needed to fulfill the request and do not use your data to train these providers' foundation models, subject to each provider's default API terms.
• Vercel — hosting for our marketing websites
• Meta Platforms (Facebook) — only where we use Facebook Login or the Meta Graph API, and only for the limited scopes described above
• Google Analytics — on our marketing websites, for aggregate visit measurement

Children

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). Several of our Apps are intended for adults only, and the age rating on each App's App Store listing controls. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, port, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@soulsurferz.co.

Data Retention

We keep your personal information only as long as we need it to provide the Services, to comply with legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. When you delete your account, we delete or irreversibly anonymize your personal data within 30 days, subject to limited retention for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or where the law requires us to keep records longer.

Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest where supported by our infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International Users

We are based in the United States. If you use the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. We take steps to ensure cross-border transfers comply with applicable law.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.
